Yes, you can mix different items in an order, but it is subject that you should reach minimum quantity of each item.

What is the Payment Terms?
In general, there are three payment ways for your choice.
1. Order total amount less than USD 5000 or Euro4000, full payment in advance.
2. Order total amount reach or more than USD 5000 or Euro4000, 50% down payment, the balance will be made before shipping.
3. Order total amount reach USD 30,000 or Euro24,000, 35% down payment, the balance will be made before shipping.

What is the Payment Method?
At present, we mainly take payment by following method:
1. by wire transit via bank - it is fast and preference way.
2. by Western Union - we can get payment immediately by western union. please show the following information to your bank:

Customers should pay all local handling fees and Intermediary bank handling fees. Please make sure full payment amount in our account.

What about Delivery Time?
Based on different item, delivery time varies according to quantity and sales season. AYLAONLINE.COM usually makes delivery for hot sale merchandises in 3-14 days, make delivery for special production in 15-35 days after receiving down payment  and samples approval.

Can you accept OEM/ODM business?
Yes, on most occasions AYLAONLINE.COM make production according to your design and request. AYLAONLINE.COM also welcome worldwide OEM/ODM business with private brand or labels.

Can I ask Special Packing?
Yes, AYLAONLINE.COM is willing to provide special packing subject to your bearing extra packing charge.

Are all items shown on website from stock?
Most of items on hot sales are available in stock, we will confirm if your ordered items are available once getting your order.

If they don¡¦t have stock we can offer similar items they have in stock.

Can I order samples?
Yes, you can order samples for evaluation, but it is subject to following terms:
1. The sample is available in stock.
2. We will charge sample fee and shipping cost.

Can you send me a catalogue?
As we update products every day, so at present we have no printed catalogue.

What about Duty/Tax?
You need not pay any customs duty to China when you buy these items from AYLAONLINE.COM, but whether you need pay import duty or tax in your country, please check with your customs.

What is the price FOB China?
FOB means Free On Board, only for product price, it does not include shipping cost, insurance and import duty at your end.

What about Shipping Cost?
Shipping cost varies as per different products, quantity and shipping method,. The exact shipping cost will be confirmed after you specify products and quantity.

How to arrange Shipping?
You can make shipping by yourself and advise us the contact information of the forwarder agent in China before production completion, or you can ask AYLAONLINE.COM to arrange shipping on behalf of yourself subject to your prepaid freight before shipping.

Do you make dropshipping?
Yes, we can make dropshipping worldwide.

How to cover Insurance?
If you want to cover insurance on shipment, you can arrange insurance by yourself or ask AYLAONLINE.COM to do this on behalf of yourself subject to your prepaid premium before shipping.

I don't find the items I need, what can I do?
We have more than 270,000 pcs different items in database, we only show a part of them online, if you could not find preference items, please send us inquiry with your detailed specifications and, design and request, we will send you product information .

What kind of currency can you accept?
At present, we only accept US Dollar and Euro..

What country can you arrange shipping to?
We can arrange shipping anywhere as per your request, we will quote you exact shipping cost once you confirm order quantity, shipping method and detailed address

What's the basic claim term?

1. As a reminder, all damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed within 3 days after the goods get in destination. Otherwise, return claims may be delayed and/or rejected.
2. No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is defective.
3. All products returned must be in the same condition as it was originally delivery package
4. Pictures for defective parts must also be received along with claims. Failure to do so may forfeit your privilege to return/exchange the products.
5. Damaged-shipped merchandise must claim with the freight carrier
6. Abusive wear and tear of products may not necessarily qualify a returned product for warranty coverage.
7. We keep the right to ask customers to offer the defective quality certificate from Third-Party Validation Company.

What warranty do you offer for the merchandise?

 

For most products, items come with a 3 months warranty UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, in the first 3 months, if merchandise is found to be quality defective, free replacement will be offered and shipped by sea or shipped along with next orders in original shipping method, the extra freight will be bear at our account.

What can you do if I get a factory supplier?
Yes, if you have placed orders with your own factory supplier in China, we also can assist you in following way:
1. Arranging staff to inspect factory and check production,
2. Mixing various products from different suppliers in an order and gathering the items in the same warehouse.
3. Arranging shipping worldwide.
4. Working out quality inspection report with photos.
